Three Wise Monkeys

In August of 2011 myself and Aron Klein-Barge (http://www.aronklein.co.uk/) were asked to fabricate three model monkeys which could be illuminated. The design idea was to follow http://www.justmusic.co.uk/ 's logo of the three wise monkeys, hear no evil, see no evil , speak no evil.

We decided to create three clay moulds and glass fibre them, finishing it with a paint job, glass eyes and light fixture contained within. The client was very happy with our final product and we have been continuing with glassfibre sculpting and are confident we could deliver a high quality porduct for anyone interested.

This is the Justmusic Logo we were told to work from

And here are our finla and process pictures of the monkeys

Nike Rugby Shoot

Stephen Jones Photoshoot - Armin Weisheit Photography

For this project I worked with photographer Armin Weisheit. It was Armin's idea to create a natural space in which he could place Stephen and other models to showcase Stephens work. We met over coffee and discussed what he wanted and how to get it in underbudget. The aim was to create a neat, manicured but natural wild setting, arranged on a 3x4m stage on a rake, with natural and fake addtions of grass and flowers we created a pituresque setting. Other requirments included a variety of props including a rigid lassoo, balloons and metal props.

has been a slightly different project. My mum and her partner (Chris) have taken over an abandoned cafe at the airfield in which she is and instructor. Chris being an experienced builder, decided to do it up himself, and I have been able to spend numerous days helping him, from ripping out the filthy old fittings, fridges and general grime, to rebuilding and decorating it back to something respectable again.

Here are some pictures of it when we started

Here are some pictures of the Cafe once we had ripped out an skipped all the old interior furnishings

Katy B 'Broken Record'

Another opportunity came up to work on a Promo this time for up and coming singer Katy B, This time I was working for Art Director Jan Walker. The music video premise seemed to be Katy in a hotel / Katy in a club, I helped erect and paint a set on the dance floor that mimicked the hallway in the hotel. This allowed shot that would look like she walks from her hotel room and into a full club.
